It's actually real, the people that can't see anything, she's sitting next to the coffin, bottom left of the cross. As far as the "Fake" thing goes, the eyes are easy to do, yes... but her hair was out from her face, the face was decrepid, and the hair flowed a bit outwords when she got up.

Anyones eyes, in the dark with one single light source can produce that effect. Same as red eyes caused by camera flashes. This was a hoax although they did go to a lot of trouble to make it look real. Just my opinion!
