If it's a fake, it's a very good one! The lighting and shadows are perfect. I am a digital photo editor and I see no obvious signs of alteration. There's no extra arm. Take a close look, there is another person standing behind him. The front guy DOESN'T have a misshapen head or club leg, lol.
