Prof: Eejits! This is from EarthDesk and is very much real and cool! The lights in the dark area are major metropolitan areas with STREETLIGHTS etc on, that collectively can be seen from space. If you do try it, have a look at the US at night. It's like fireworks compared to this image. Noobs!
