Who cares, police have to wait at times for calls. Would you rather they patrol endlessly looking for small time crimes that you may have committed? Besides he probably only wanted to play one game and kept loosing (you can't stop until you win after all).

This is not even an American cop! Look at the writing on the door behind him. I am a Police Reserve Officer (which means I volunteer as a Police Officer) and have been for over 10 years. I have seen a few bad cops.....but they don't usually last very long. Most are good cops.

Ever think that he might be on a break or lunch break. Could be that he hasn't even started his shift yet or he finished his shift and he's waiting for another cop to arrive to take his paperwork. That is common. I was a cop for 15 yrs retired early after partner was killed by a thug.Thankless job.
